Job Title: Waiter/Waitress

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Associate or Waiter/Waitress to join our growing Food & Beverage team at a Luxury Wellness Resort in Bridport, West Dorset.

About the Role:

This is a varied role where you will support the Food & Beverage Manager in all aspects of the business operation. You will deliver a best-in-industry level of service, ensuring guests are well-informed and looked after whilst dining during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer exceptional service levels to guests
  • Develop a full working knowledge of the F&B function, understanding home-produced products on offer and making recommendations to guests based on their preferences
  • Recommend experiences on offer at the resort
  • Ensure all F&B areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard
  • Deliver an exceptional level of service at all times for guests
What's in it for you?

As a member of our Food & Beverage team, you will have opportunities to learn about the resort's products, from livestock reared on site to vegetables grown on the farm and wine produced in the vineyard. You will become an expert in understanding the F&B operation on site and will be the first point of contact for guests, providing recommendations and delivering exceptional service.

Package:
  • Salaries up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
  • 10% bonus with agreed KPI's
  • 40 hour working week
