Senior Project Manager

Mivan Marine Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Marine team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities- Project Planning and Coordination: Develop a project plan, organize necessary resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
- Budget Management: Create a project budget and ensure the project is delivered within that budget.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure all work is carried out to the client's specifications and requirements.
- Resource Management: Effectively manage project resources, including staff, labor, plant, materials, and sub-contractors.
- Communication and Liaison: Liaise with clients and their agents to advise on progress and problem resolution as required.
- Contractual Compliance: Ensure contractual conditions are adhered to and the contractual position is not compromised.
- Financial Management: Monitor the financial performance of the project and take necessary steps to minimize costs.
- Relationship Building: Proactively develop relationships with clients and promote successful customer relationships.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure a high standard of safety is maintained throughout the project and all relevant environmental and health & safety regulations and procedures are adhered to.
- Travel and Project Delivery: Attend meetings and surveys with client representatives and deliver projects on a worldwide basis.
- Project management experience in interior fit-out, with relevant qualification.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
- Ability to keep calm under pressure, find resolutions, and solve problems.
- Great attention to detail, commercial acumen, and cost control.
- Ability to build and promote successful customer relationships.
