About the Role

GB035 Mercer (UK) Limited is seeking a highly skilled Investment Solutions Associate to join our rapidly-growing global Investment Solutions business in London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Mercer's investment research and client solutions to explain and communicate to colleagues and prospective clients.
  • Work closely with sales and commercial leadership on all aspects of sales and business development activities, and demonstrate ownership of key sales deliverables.
  • Support and influence other business development initiatives, collaborating with worldwide Mercer colleagues across our wider investment, operational, client, and consulting teams.
  • Support, guide, and coach more junior colleagues, and contribute to continuous development of the team.
