Clearfield Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of multiple contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple contracts simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and manage site teams, including subcontractors and in-house personnel, ensuring health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to.
  • Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources, making adjustments as necessary to achieve project goals.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting project performance, risks, and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, Project Manager, or similar role within the construction industry, preferably with experience in suspended ceilings, partitions, or interior fit-outs.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage multiple teams effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
