About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered General Nurse to join our team at Eltisley Manor, a 37-bed registered psychiatric nursing care home located near St-Neots town centre. As a valued member of our close-knit team, you will provide quality care within a caring and considerate environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with patients and their families to develop and update person-centred care plans.
  • Contribute to the service development by auditing and implementing site improvement plans.
  • Administer medication and manage medication records.
  • Ensure effective communication with patients, carers, visitors, and staff.
  • Make effective use of evidence-based practice in day-to-day clinical practice.
  • Implement and ensure effective use of the Mental Health Act where necessary.
  • Ensure safe standards apply to the administration of medication.
  • Assist with the development and/or revision of local policies and procedures as necessary.
  • Supervise and monitor the use of supplies and equipment.
