Job Description

At Vertical Advantage, we are seeking a bright and ambitious individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to kick-start their career in supply chain and logistics.

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring an excellent service is delivered to our customers. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing orders within our ERP system and liaising directly with customers to provide high-level customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the end-to-end supply chain process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers
* Control the international flow of goods in transit to customers
* Coordinate and manage the delivery of products to customers
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers

Requirements:

* Graduate calibre or equivalent working experience
* Customer or supplier relationship management experience
* Proven experience in a shipping or logistics role
