Senior Associate - Acquisition and Leveraged Finance

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Associate to join our market-leading finance practice in London. As a Senior Associate, you will work closely with partners and manage junior members of the team, acting for lenders and borrowers on domestic and international financing transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting for lenders and borrowers on acquisitions, management buy-outs, bids, refinancings, and recapitalisations
  • Managing junior members of the team and working closely with partners
  • Providing expert advice on acquisition and leveraged finance transactions

Requirements

  • At least five years of acquisition and leveraged finance transactional experience with a major UK law firm
  • Previous team management experience
