Key Responsibilities:- Manage Enquiries and New Business: Respond to customer inquiries, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to win new contracts.
- Monitor Care Assistant Performance: Evaluate the performance of care assistants, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Conduct Quality Reviews: Visit customers' homes to assess the quality of care provided, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Create Individualized Care Plans: Develop tailored care plans that respect customers' wishes, promote their dignity, and prioritize their needs.
- Monitor Electronic MAR Charts: Review electronic medication administration records, identify any discrepancies, and take corrective actions to ensure accurate medication management.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work effectively with customers, their families, representatives, social care professionals, and Bluebird Care staff to deliver exceptional homecare services.
- Previous Experience: Proven experience in the care industry, with a strong understanding of care principles and practices.
- Valid UK Driving Licence: Possess a full and valid UK driving licence and have access to a car.
- Sales and Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong sales and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Competitive Salary: £27,300 per annum, with opportunities for bonuses and commission.
- Excellent Benefits Package: 28 days' holiday pro rata, increasing to 31 days after continuous service, a 4-week induction program, work phone, loyalty awards, refer-a-friend bonus, paid Care Certificate, and Nest pension scheme.
