The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Senior Carer/Care Coordinator to join our team at Oaktree Court care home in Wellington. As a key member of our care team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional resident care and supporting our residents to live fulfilling lives.
About You
We're looking for someone who is passionate about providing person-centered care and has a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services. You'll be an experienced Senior Carer/Care Coordinator with a sound understanding of care planning and risk assessments. You'll also have a natural ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional resident care, working closely with residents, families, and colleagues to meet their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Manage and motivate your team to achieve excellence in care delivery.
- Ensure the provision of personal nursing care is consistently delivered to all residents.
- Contribute to care planning and risk assessments, ensuring the care delivery reflects these at all times.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues, promoting a positive and supportive environment.
