Job Summary:

The Assessments Officer plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of examinations at Elizabeth School of London. This includes coordinating examination schedules, managing logistics, and providing support to candidates throughout the examination period.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Examination Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement detailed examination schedules, ensuring optimal use of resources.
  • Policy Compliance: Stay updated on partners' examination policies and guidelines to ensure compliance.
  • Student Support: Provide information and support to candidates regarding examination processes.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of examination-related information.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with academic departments and external examination boards to coordinate examination activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred in a relevant field)
  • Exceptional skills in analysing data on MS Excel
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyse and interpret data
  • Previous experience in examination administration or a related role is preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
