We are currently seeking a Project Management Assistant to join our Enterprise Team.

The Enterprise Delivery team is responsible for implementing intricate and customized technical solutions for our major clients, contributing significantly to our revenue. As a vital team member, the Project Management Assistant will provide essential support to the project manager while managing assigned tasks within extensive projects and individual orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement the project strategy alongside project managers, ensuring consistent communication and engagement with all relevant departments while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
  • Monitor project advancement to guarantee delivery aligns with requirements and established timelines.
  • Evaluate feedback from clients and technical teams to ensure expectations are met and communicate any necessary adjustments to stakeholders.
  • Oversee smaller, individual site orders as part of larger project rollouts.
  • Provide timely updates to internal systems to maintain visibility of progress and adherence to project governance.
  • Track risks and issues associated with each project, managing them towards resolution.
  • Participate in project meetings with clients, project managers, and technical leads as needed.
  • Promptly escalate significant issues to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Dedicated and committed to the role of project coordination, with a proven ability to manage multiple project demands efficiently.
  • Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in following processes and establishing rapport with clients and colleagues while handling concerns professionally.
  • Results-driven, with a focus on targets and quality.
  • Strong numerical, written, and data entry capabilities.
  • Able to convey clear and concise information to various audiences, both verbally and in writing.
  • Confident and professional in interactions with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented, capable of effective prioritization and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel, maintaining accurate project and customer documentation.
  • Skilled in creating well-structured and informative documentation.
