Job Title: Clinical Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Healthcare Specialist to join our team at Dream Medical. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to patients in a fast-paced MOD environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide autonomous clinical treatment, screening, and advice to patients in accordance with NMC Codes of Practice and Scope of Professional Practice.
  • Develop and implement programmes of care/service delivery within your scope of practice, including audits and electronic searches.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate clinical care of patients autonomously within your level of competence/scope of practice.
  • Collaborate with outside agencies and disciplines to provide comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (A) Level 1 nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and a valid Personal Identification Number (PIN) with no restriction of practice.
  • At least 2 years Primary Healthcare Nursing experience and at least a year's experience as a Band 6 Practice nurse.
