Job Overview:

Randstad is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction projects, including planning, coordination, and execution
  • Supervise a team of construction professionals, including engineers, technicians, and laborers
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards
