Senior Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team at GRAHAM Group. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional site management across complex and varied sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Site Managers to deliver site management services across multiple sites
  • Develop and implement site management strategies to ensure efficient and effective site management
  • Work closely with the Commercial team to ensure accurate costing and project delivery
  • Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure optimal allocation of resources and project delivery
  • Oversee site management requirements, allocate resources, and update the project management board
  • Attend internal and client meetings to coordinate works and ensure project delivery
  • Work with subcontractors to increase sustainability and reduce carbon emissions on site
  • Oversee projects and reactive maintenance across the UKRI contract
  • Plan and manage complex specialist projects
  • Review incoming projects and allocate internal staff resources
  • Identify and interpret project design criteria and engage specialist subcontractors
  • Provide support and guidance to Project Managers and the delivery team
  • Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality Management Procedures
  • Manage and monitor subcontractors
  • Maintain contractual records via CEMAR
  • Attend contract meetings with the Client
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Senior Site Management role
  • Strong communication and management skills
  • Extensive Building Fabric Experience
  • Experience in delivering commercial projects up to £1mil
  • Ability to manage and deliver concurrent projects of varying financial values and scope
