Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a District Training Engagement Officer at Sja's West. As a key member of our training team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clinical teams are well-trained and competent in their skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the District Training Lead and other Training Officers to develop and implement effective training plans that align with organisational and unit needs.
  2. Support Unit Training Leads in creating and implementing training plans that support the development of our people.
  3. Oversee and maintain equipment stored at units to ensure seamless training operations.
  4. Ensure sufficient resources are available for unit training to run smoothly and efficiently.
  5. Oversee the unit's training asset registers to maintain accurate records.
  6. Attend training meetings and district leadership meetings as necessary to stay informed and contribute to decision-making.
  7. Support the induction of new Unit Training Leads and the ongoing development of all assigned Unit Training Leads to ensure a smooth transition and continued growth.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. You will also need to have a strong understanding of training and development principles, with the ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.
