Job Description

As a Used Car Sales Executive at Top Gear Stoke Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the sales process, assisting them in finding the perfect vehicle, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable buying experience. Your expertise in finance proposals, FCA compliance, and product knowledge will be critical in achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement:

- Warm Welcome: Greet and assist customers in the showroom and online, providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Sales Process:

- Guidance: Lead customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery, ensuring a seamless transaction.

Finance Proposals:

- Proposal Management: Prepare and manage a high volume of finance application proposals with precision and attention to detail.

FCA Compliance:

- Regulatory Adherence: Adhere to all Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations and guidelines, ensuring ethical and compliant sales practices.

Product Knowledge:

- Inventory Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the used car inventory and new arrivals.

- Continuous Learning: Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications and Experience

- Experience: Previous experience in automotive sales, particularly in used cars, is highly desirable.

- Performance: Proven track record of successful sales performance and meeting or exceeding targets.

- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
