We are seeking an experienced Agronomist to join our client, Bartholomews, in their crop performance team. As an Agronomist, you will play a crucial role in elevating crop production and contributing to the company's ambitious goal of achieving net-zero food production.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and implement sustainable crop management practices to optimize yield and reduce environmental impact

• Collaborate with the crop performance team to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions

• Provide expert advice on crop management, yield optimization, and sustainable practices to farmers and other stakeholders

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor crop health and provide guidance on best practices
