About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced agronomist to join our team as a key member of our agricultural operations. As an agronomist with future management opportunities, you will be responsible for providing technical and commercial expertise to our clients, as well as leading and managing a team of agronomists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and commercial expertise to clients, including grassland services and agronomy advice
  • Lead and manage a team of agronomists, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Develop and implement effective agronomy strategies to improve crop yields and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
Requirements
  • Strong level of experience in agronomy, with equal technical and commercial acumen
  • Team management experience, with a proven track record of leading and managing teams
  • BASIS and FACTS certifications
  • Ability to relocate to SW Scotland/Northern England
