RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Oversee the implementation and ongoing management of Project Interface Management processes and tools.
  • Maintain and support the Master Interface Register and Schedule within Interface Management, ensuring the accuracy of the Master Interface Register.
  • Assist all Engineering Contractors in effectively coordinating Interface points and addressing interface queries.
  • Regularly monitor, advise, and report on the progress of Interface queries and points.
  • Develop performance management interface reports and contribute to the monthly status report on Interface Management.
  • Support individual Interface Single Point Of Contacts (SPOCs).
  • Clarify and ensure understanding of stakeholder interface responsibilities throughout the Execute phase of the project.
  • Assist contractors' engineering teams in identifying technical interface issues during engineering meetings.

Facilitate interface meetings among company members to resolve conflicts and ensure successful outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Skills / Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Previous experience in project engineering.
  • Relevant engineering experience.
  • Experience in industries such as Oil & Gas, LNG & GTL, Refining, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Pharmaceutical, Power, or Carbon Capture.
  • Commercially astute with an understanding of managing lump sum and reimbursable work.
  • Broad technical knowledge.
