Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a range of therapeutic interventions, treatments, and exercise programs to patients
  • Liaise with patients and their families/carers in discharge planning and prevention of falls
  • Identify and support the physical limitations of patients' disabilities and functional problems
  • Develop strong links with multidisciplinary teams working in acute and community settings
