About the Role
As a Retail Associate at TJX Europe, you'll be part of a close-knit team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to develop new skills and take on new challenges.
Your Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to answer customer queries
• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of store standards
• Contribute to the visual merchandising and display of products in the store
• Participate in stockroom and back-of-house activities, including receiving and processing stock
• Maintain a safe and secure working environment
