About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pensions Projects Administrator to join our team at Switch Recruitment. As a key member of our pensions projects team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of pensions projects, including data analysis, calculations, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on pensions-related matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in pensions administration, with a strong understanding of GMP reconciliation and equalisation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as PMI or CII, or a willingness to pursue them.
