In this key role, you will provide financial expertise and services to a range of private clients, from individuals to trusts and companies. You will manage a portfolio of clients, working with your team to ensure an exceptional level of service is always provided.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a small portfolio of clients, preparing financial statements, trust accounts, and various business accounts.
- Deliver exceptional client service in all tasks, ensuring the confidentiality of client and firm information.
- Contribute to the firm's growth by proactively supporting business development efforts.
- Oversee the work of an Accounts Assistant.
- Enhance technical skills through training and experience to develop areas of specialization in line with our client's business plan.
- Significant accounting experience, ideally in a professional services environment.
- An accountancy qualification is desirable but not mandatory.
- Experience with CCH Trust Accounts, CCH Accounts, and Xero is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Meet financial targets and achieve agreed-upon goals.
- Recognize the importance of care and diligence in your work, as well as within the team and department.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and professional conduct.
