A prestigious hotel operator is seeking an experienced Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join their senior management team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated Food and Beverage specialist to support the management of a multi-million pound operation.

About the Role:
  • Assist in the management of a large, diverse business with multiple food and beverage outlets.
  • Work closely with a team of Heads of Department and supervisors to achieve operational excellence.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or departmental head in a leading UK hotel.
  • Responsibility for a profit and loss account of £2m or more.
  • Experience in managing large events and multiple food and beverage outlets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
