We are an ambitious and award-winning company, looking to grow due to recent success. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will focus on placing legal support professionals within the HR, marketing, business development, and event space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with candidates and clients through phone, email, or other communication channels
  • Creating job adverts for various platforms and shortlisting potential candidates for live roles
  • Managing a portfolio of clients within your sector, taking ownership of developing key accounts and senior relationships
  • Arranging interviews on behalf of the candidate and client
  • Meeting candidates and clients face-to-face

Requirements:

  • Recent experience in recruitment or sales
  • Strong knowledge of accountancy or law
  • Eagerness to learn and progress
