SRG is collaborating with a leading global pharmaceutical organization seeking a Quality Assurance Production Support Team Leader to enhance their established Quality and Operations division, with a focus on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).

This position entails overseeing and guiding a skilled team of Quality Assurance Production Support Officers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and sustain Quality Production support frameworks, including but not limited to complaint management and batch release protocols.
  • Draft, execute, review, and uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and other documentation pertinent to QA GMP and GDP functions.
  • Serve as the Quality GMP and GDP consultant for site initiatives, including new product launches and capital expenditure projects.
  • Conduct training sessions on topics related to GMP and GDP Quality Assurance.

Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in GMP Quality Assurance, ideally within production support.
  • Proven track record in leadership and team management.
