Job Title: Youth Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth Support Worker to join our team in Ely, Cardiff. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting young people aged 10-25 years in developing their skills, confidence, and wellbeing.

About the Role:
  • Design and deliver groupwork sessions for young people, including issue-based sessions to support wellbeing and development.
  • Provide emotional and practical support to young people, in line with safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Work in partnership with Co-op, Children's Services, key stakeholders, and the community to ensure young people are at the centre of our services.
  • Collaborate with our Youth Advisory Group to co-design and deliver services that meet the needs of young people.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage and work alongside young people in a creative and confident manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with young people, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our services, ensuring they are inclusive and responsive to the needs of young people.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the smooth delivery of our services.
