Position Overview:
We are seeking a Designate General Manager for the South Coast/South West region to become part of one of the largest and most successful gaming organizations in the UK. This role involves a comprehensive training program, typically lasting three months, before transitioning into a General Manager position within one of our premier venues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional experiences for customers, establishing the venue as the preferred destination.
- Foster an inclusive, trusting, and high-performance culture through clear and consistent communication.
- Mentor and inspire your team, implementing development plans to maximize their potential.
- Actively review and respond to customer insights and engagement.
- Develop and execute a proactive sales strategy in collaboration with central functions.
- Design innovative experiences and events tailored to various customer segments.
- Enhance financial performance across all aspects of gaming and food and beverage services.
- Ensure full accountability for health and safety, operational compliance, and adherence to industry best practices.
- Promote a culture of responsible gaming within the organization.
Candidate Profile:
Interested candidates should possess the following attributes:
- A proven track record of delivering outstanding commercial results in a significant service-driven environment.
- Demonstrated energy, drive, and passion in their leadership style.

- A creative mindset, constantly seeking improvement and innovation.
Compensation and Benefits:
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000, along with a car allowance of £5,600 per year. There is potential to earn a bonus of £10,000 to £20,000. Additional benefits include private medical care, a company pension contribution of up to 10%, life assurance, and 33 days of annual leave.
