Position Overview:

An exciting opportunity awaits for a Quality Assurance Tester to become part of a leading global organization in the Energy sector.

The role of Software Quality Assurance Engineering is dedicated to delivering specialized planning, direction, and execution of systems testing and quality assurance functions, aimed at enhancing support systems, testing protocols, and quality assurance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement various testing methodologies, including feature and functional testing, comprehensive systems testing, regression analysis, as well as load and performance evaluations.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow QA professionals to ensure timely completion of daily QA activities while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Manage Requirement Traceability Metrics and conduct inspections of requirements and test cases periodically using TFS 2010/2012.
  • Develop and publish comprehensive Master Test Plans and Performance Test Plans for multiple projects, utilizing both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team and enforce Quality Assurance standards and best practices.

A self-motivated individual with logical reasoning skills and a quick learning ability is essential. Strong initiative, excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are also required, along with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly and concisely.
