Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Movement and Storage: Safely and efficiently move product and packaging from storage to production areas as required to meet production schedules.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Quality Control: Continuously monitor product quality and report any issues to the Quality Assurance team.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate tracking and recording of product and packaging inventory to minimize waste and optimize production.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain manual pallet wheels and report any issues to the maintenance team.
  • Shift Handovers: Ensure seamless handovers of information and documentation to incoming shifts to maintain continuity.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Adherence to Procedures: Adhere to company procedures and policies, including allergen control and product labeling.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • Previous Production Experience: Preferred
  • Strong Communication Skills: Essential for effective team collaboration and communication
  • Attention to Detail: Critical for maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to procedures
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive movements

Working Conditions:

This role is performed in a temperature-controlled area with extensive periods of standing and repetitive movements. The successful candidate will be required to work a 223 shift pattern, 06:00-18:00, with varying shifts throughout the week.
