About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Options Resourcing. As a key member of our Conveyancing department, you will play a vital role in supporting our busy team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain digital files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Handle client and third-party inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and resolving queries efficiently.
  • Assist with client interactions, both in-person and via phone.
  • Process and scan incoming post, attaching relevant documents to matters.
  • Verify receipt of client documents and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Coordinate searches, review results, and report to Fee Earners or Clients.
  • Support buyer solicitors with inquiries and provide necessary documentation.
  • Draft and prepare TR1 and Stamp Duty forms, completion documents, and notices.
  • Complete post-completion tasks, including letters and stamp duty processing.
  • Prepare Land Registry requisitions and ensure accurate documentation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary up to £25,000.
  • A 35-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, with one hour for lunch.
  • 29 days of annual leave.
