About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Admissions Director to lead our admissions and compliance team as we expand our business globally.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end student admissions and enrollment process for our business units in the UK, Ireland, and Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Admissions Management
    • Manage the admissions pipeline for our businesses in the UK, Canada, and Ireland.
    • Liaise with and manage our India-based admissions team to ensure the appropriate number of tasks are being completed on a daily and weekly basis, to the required standard.
    • Process applications and ensure application conversion.
    • Advise on the acceptability of non-standard applications to the UK and Ireland.
    • Ensure entry requirements are competitive and are regularly reviewed and updated.
    • Ensure our visa compliance policies are up to date and are being adhered to by members of staff.
  • Enrollment Management
    • Lead an efficient registration, enrollment, and onboarding process for our business units.
  • Finance Management
    • Process commission and payment requests from our recruitment partners and validate universities.
    • Ensure that refund requests are processed and managed smoothly.
Requirements
  • Organizational Skills
    • Confident in managing (and ensuring other team members manage) a large student caseload, using our admissions software.
  • Leadership Skills
    • Ongoing motivation and development of the team is a key aspect of this role.
  • Industry Knowledge
    • Possess knowledge of the Education or English Language market in one of our key source markets.
  • Service Orientation
    • Respond quickly and accurately to a range of enquiries from colleagues and customers alike.
  • Digital Skills
    • Use the technology available to stay on top of the admissions pipeline.
