POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled Client Coordinator to collaborate with our team in Witham. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.
As a Client Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of packaging artwork projects. You will work closely with leading UK brands, utilizing your exceptional communication and IT skills to facilitate project success.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate new client onboarding and existing client meetings to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and document functional requirements for new clients, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Create training materials for new and existing clients, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Analyze client requirements and make informed decisions regarding project scope and timelines.
- Resolve eligibility, accumulator, and claims extract file issues, ensuring timely project completion.
- Address member issues and non-escalated client concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
- Facilitate the process for new benefit changes, collaborating with clients to implement effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain the client portal and CRM application, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare for and participate in open enrollment meetings, providing expert guidance and support.
- Generate reports for clients, highlighting project progress and key metrics.
- Implement internal department and corporate projects, driving business growth and improvement.
- Additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Or previous project coordination experience within a graphics manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Occasional travel may be required for client meetings and project collaboration.
• High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications.
• Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning.
• Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients.
• Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
• Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management.
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.
• Ability to work overtime as necessary.
