Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to engage with a designated group of clients, primarily within primary care, with opportunities to extend into secondary care as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Representative, you will:
  • Take ownership of achieving sales growth and activity targets for your assigned customer base, ensuring effective implementation of local Key Performance Indicators and addressing any challenges that arise.
  • Exhibit advanced selling techniques to ensure appropriate prescription of medicines within the therapy area. Customize multi-channel promotional strategies based on local Account Plans, adapting activities to suit various customers.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in geographical and therapy area engagement according to local business demands.
  • Be accountable for understanding local customer needs, fostering relationships with external experts, and building clinical advocacy within primary care settings as appropriate.
  • Contribute to local market access strategies, manage key relationships within CCGs/PCTs, and support project execution as required within local health economy account plans.
  • Collaborate with the FLSM, HAM, and other extended roles (e.g., Regional Account Managers, Medical Scientific Liaison) to identify effective strategies for business growth.

  • Basic knowledge of NHS structure and policies relevant to the local health economy.

Preferred Skills:
While not mandatory, the following qualifications are advantageous:
  • Degree-level education or relevant healthcare professional accreditation (within one year).
