As a leading manufacturer within their field, our client is committed to ensuring compliance with government and legal regulations through policy enforcement or adherence to legal guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Model and promote an organisational culture that fosters safety through effective leadership.
  • Completion and management of risk assessments, including COSHH, to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Experience of a COMAH site, with a strong understanding of the associated regulations and guidelines.
  • Ability to lead scenario training and emergency drills to ensure a safe and prepared workforce.
  • Knowledge of 45001 and 14001, with a proven track record of implementing and maintaining effective management systems.
  • Internal audit experience, with a focus on identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Educated to Degree Level in a relevant subject, with a strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental principles.
