Job Title: Practice Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to join our team at Public Practice Recruitment Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our firm, acting as the lynchpin for the finance function. This includes preparing Management Accounts on a monthly basis, monitoring KPIs, and producing other financial reports.

The ideal candidate will have a wealth of management experience and be able to ensure compliance across the portfolio, including with the ICAEW. They will also be responsible for supporting staff across all offices with commercial matters, overseeing systems and processes, IT, and HR.

Additionally, the Practice Manager will be responsible for managing contracts with suppliers, including negotiating and onboarding, as well as managing expenses and disbursement across the firm.

We are looking for a highly organised professional with excellent communication skills, who is able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of the firm, acting as the lynchpin for the finance function
  • Prepare Management Accounts on a monthly basis
  • Monitor KPIs and produce other financial reports
  • Ensure compliance across the portfolio, including with the ICAEW
  • Support staff across all offices with commercial matters
  • Oversee systems and processes, IT, and HR
