Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced RFP Content Specialist to join our established RFP function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building relationships and developing in-depth knowledge of our products, as well as marketing and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with sales, investment teams, and other RFP team members to address information requests and support the sales process.
  • RFP Content Management: Collaborate with investment directors, managers, and content experts to ensure content is accurate, consistent, and compelling.
  • Content Creation: Support the sales process by completing RFPs, DDQs, and RFIs with high accuracy and within tight deadlines.
  • Platform Management: Coordinate with external providers to maintain a strong presence on DDQ platforms.
  • Content Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and updating written content in Qvidian.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience of working with or alongside an RFP team, ideally for wholesale and institutional clients.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of a range of investment products and asset classes.
  • Skills: Prior experience using Qvidian is helpful but not mandatory.
