Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Helpdesk Advisor to join our team at Evander. As a Helpdesk Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and liaise with clients, customers, and internal teams to manage jobs and provide excellent customer service.
  • Use organisational skills to prioritise communications and ensure job progression and customer satisfaction.
  • Dispatch and chase client quotations via email or portal.
  • Deal with urgent client queries or complaints effectively.
  • Prepare jobs for invoicing and escalate complaints where required.
  • Maintain own admin duties and provide a professional service at all times.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a telephony-based, customer-focused environment.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft packages.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a wider team and under pressure to tight deadlines.
