About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at the Cranbrook Urgent Primary Care Centre (UPCC). As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in providing assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of programs to patients and/or their caregivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement and evaluate treatment programs to promote functional independence and optimal health outcomes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
