We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at the Cranbrook Urgent Primary Care Centre (UPCC). As a Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in providing assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of programs to patients and/or their caregivers.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement treatment plans, including exercises, education, and equipment prescription, to promote functional independence and optimal health outcomes.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide client-centered care and achieve shared goals.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Recognition of previous experience when determining starting salary.
