We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Supervisor to join our team at McCarthy Stone's Lancer House development in Colchester, Essex.
As a Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the security of the development, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our homeowners, and overseeing the Care and Support teams.
You will also be responsible for coordinating and facilitating activities that strengthen the community spirit within the development.
About You- You will be a warm, friendly, and self-motivated individual with experience of working in a care or support environment and excellent care skills.
- You will be located within an easily commutable distance from our estate.
- You will have a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification or equivalent, and be keen to take on the responsibility of managing the security of the development.
- You will be driven to continue to grow your skills and will want to lead by example and think on your feet.
- You will be able to make a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people.
