Job Description

**Job Title:** Field Based Sales Professional

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Field Based Sales Professional. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage targeted key account customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Target and secure new business opportunities with retail and DIY multiples, dealers, and distributors
  • Represent the company at trade shows and events to build brand awareness and establish relationships with key customers
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Regularly report on sales, customer, and market performance to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in sales and account management
  • Experience and/or knowledge of mass retail, DIY, and/or distributors
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel within the UK
