The Ark service in Dunfermline provides assistance to individuals with learning disabilities and autism. The support offered is tailored to each person's needs, ensuring a diverse and fulfilling experience for both the support worker and those receiving care. Some individuals are aided in living independently in their own residences, while others remain with their families. Each person is encouraged to express their preferences regarding the support they receive and their personal goals.
This support can include a variety of activities such as meal preparation, swimming, medication management, arts and crafts, social visits, or even holiday outings.
Shifts vary in length, ranging from 3 to 16 hours, across a 7-day week. Dunfermline boasts excellent public transport options, making driving unnecessary for this role.Why Work with Ark?
