Operations Manager Opportunity

Fawkes & Reece is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the operations of multiple divisions, including M&E, Plumbing & Heating, and Renewables services.
  • Lead a team of Contracts Managers and their reports, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering presentations and reports as required.
  • Ensure the highest standards of health and safety are maintained across all operations.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to the Directors.
Requirements:
  • Strong construction background, ideally with experience in Housing.
  • Background in M&E/Plumbing & Heating is highly advantageous.
  • IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications are desirable but not essential.
