Restaurant Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our Prezzo team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every customer leaves happy and wanting to return.

The Role:

  • Lead a team of waiting staff to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling, and customer feedback
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
