Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our Prezzo team. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer leaves happy and wanting to return.

The Role:

We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong background in waiting staff management. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff, managing restaurant operations, and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory management and staff scheduling
  • Ensure that our high standards of quality and service are maintained
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives
