Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Executive to join our dynamic team at Proactive Personnel Ltd. The Project Executive will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and finalising projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Coordination:
    • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
    • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Execution and Monitoring:
    • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
    • Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
    • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Communication and Reporting:
    • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
    • Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
    • Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders.
  • Risk Management:
    • Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
    • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  • Resource Management:
    • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
    • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven working experience in project management or a related field. Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
    • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
    • Strong organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).
  • Personal Attributes:
