We are seeking a highly skilled 2nd Line Network Support Engineer to join our team at Mustard Jobs. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues, and collaborating with our team to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, including firewalls, servers, and VOIP systems
- Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional service and meet client expectations
- Develop and maintain knowledge of new technologies and industry trends
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed
Requirements:
- Valid UK driver's license and vehicle
- Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, and firewalls
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
