About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Health, Safety & Fire Consultant to join our team at Search People. As a key member of our consultancy, you will play a vital role in providing expert advice and guidance to our clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough Health & Safety risk assessments and audits at client sites
  • Develop and implement bespoke Health and Safety documentation and management systems for clients
  • Carry out and create Fire risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Identify client requirements through site surveys and conduct safety audits
  • Provide expert guidance and coaching to clients on the implementation of Company Procedures
  • Audit and inspect health & safety practices across the business to ensure compliance
  • Deliver client training on the use of their Health and Safety management system
