Job Title: Aircraft Compliance Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team at Playced, a leading General Insurance company. As an Aircraft Compliance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the implementation and management of our regulatory processes are up-to-date and compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and implementation of regulatory procedures across the organization, ensuring they are effective and compliant.
  • Support the team in financial promotions, quality assurance, and product governance to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
  • Work closely with the team to identify and mitigate regulatory breaches, complaints, data protection, and other financial crime requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure timely implementation of new procedures and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with all relevant legislations, including FCA and Data Protection, to ensure our organization remains compliant.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest changes to enhance our regulatory processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Compliance Manager in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and legislations relevant to the industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
